Don Carlos Osvaldo Ruspoli y Morenés, Caro y Arteaga, dei Principi Ruspoli (San Sebastián, August 5, 1932 –) is an Italian and Spanish aristocrat, son of Camilo Ruspoli, 4th Duke of Alcudia and Sueca, and wife Dona María de Belén Morenés y Arteaga, García-Alesson y Echaguë, 18th Condesa de Bañares.
He is 5th Duque (formerly Marqués) de Alcúdia Grandee of Spain (formerly First Class) with a Coat of Arms of de Godoy (Letter of November 28, 1958), 5th Duque de Sueca Grandee of Spain (Letter of May 5, 1979) and 19th Conde de Chinchón Grandee of Spain with a Coat of Arms of de Borbón (Boletín Oficial of January 3, 1978 and Letter of October 16, 1978), Knight of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and Maestrante of Granada.
