Qualcomm Flarion Technologies is a subsidiary of Qualcomm specializing in broadband access to the Internet and wireless technology. They are the creator of Flash-OFDM. It was founded, as Flarion, by Rajiv Laroia in 2000 and is based in Bedminster, New Jersey, USA.
On August 11, 2005 it was announced that Qualcomm, a wireless telecommunications research and development company, intended to acquire Flarion. [1]
