Don Francisco Franco y Martínez-Bordiú, 11th Marquess of Villaverde, 2nd Lord of Meirás, Grandee of Spain (born Madrid, 9 December 1954) is a Spanish aristocrat.

He was born Francisco Martínez-Bordiú y Franco, son of Cristóbal Martínez-Bordiú, 10th Marquess of Villaverde and a noted surgeon, and wife Carmen Franco y Polo, 1st Duchess of Franco Grandee of Spain, daughter of Francisco Franco and wife Carmen Polo.

He married firstly in Altafulla, Tarragona, on 18 December 1981 and divorced in 1992 María de Suelves y Figueroa (b. Lima, 22 August 1957), daughter of Juan José de Suelves y de Ponsich, 11th Marquess of Tamarit (Barcelona, 3 November 1928 - Madrid, 26 July 2004) and wife (m. San Sebastián, 11 August 1955) Victoria de Figueroa y Borbón, daughter of the 2nd Counts of Romanones (paternal granddaughter of Álvaro Figueroa Torres, Count of Romanones, and maternal great-granddaughter of Enrique de Borbón, 1st Duke of Seville), and had issue (she later had by Claudio Montes y ... a daughter Victoria Eugenia Montes y de Suelves in Madrid on 22 July 1994), and married secondly in Móstoles in March 2001 Miriam Guisasola y ... (b. 1967), and had issue, born before wedlock:

- Juan José Franco y de Suelves (b. Madrid, 29 September 1985)
- Alvaro Franco y Guisasola (b. Madrid, 15 August 1994)
