Katsuya Eguchi

Katsuya Eguchi (江口 勝也 Eguchi Katsuya) is a designer and a director at Nintendo EAD. He was born in 1965 in Tokyo, Japan and grew up in the Chiba Prefecture. He began work at Nintendo in 1986 as a designer on Super Mario Bros. 3. He first served as director for Star Fox in 1993. Other games he's been involved with include Super Mario World, Star Fox 2, Wave Race 64, Yoshi's Story, Animal Crossing, Wii Sports, and Wii Play. He is the producer of Animal Crossing: City Folk and Wii Music, which have been recently released, and the upcoming game Wii Sports Resort.[1]
