Miranshah (Urdu: میران شاہ) is a town in North Waziristan the capital of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) in Pakistan. It houses a refugee camp for displaced Afghans from the Soviet invasion. It is also the capital of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
