[edit] Career

On October 12, 2005 Skyfire & Chet The Jet defeated "The Blonde Bombers" (Chad & John Toland) to win the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship which they would drop to Mike Mizanin & Chris Cage on February 8, 2006.

On March 8, 2006 Skyfire defeated Aaron "The Idol" Stevens to win the OVW Television Championship.[1]

Skyfire began to team with CM Punk in mid-2006. On July 28, Skyfire and CM Punk defeated Shad Gaspard and the Neighborhoodie (later known as Cryme Tyme) to win the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship. Skyfire and Punk, between the two of them, held at the time all the belts in OVW and were the first wrestlers in OVW history to hold two championships at the same time. On August 3, 2006 they would lose the Southern tag straps to Deuce Shade and "Domino" Cliff Compton (later Deuce 'n Domino). Skyfire defeated Charles "The Hammer" Evans to win his second OVW Television Championship under a mask, using the nickname El Aero Fuego. He would later lose the title to Bad Kompany (Mike Kruel, "Bad Seed" Shawn Osbourne and Milena Roucka), who held the belt under the Freebird Rule.

He was part of the 7 developmental wrestlers to be released by WWE in early 2007.[2] In February 2007, Seth Skyfire returned to Global Championship Wrestling, but he later returned to OVW. Seth continued to wrestle in OVW and has recently worked some Ring of Honor shows, but as stated on his Myspace, has quit wrestling.
