[edit] CCP Secretary since 1994?

I don't really know anything about the position, but the lenght of the term seems quite extreme compared to the other politician's holding the same kind of office. Is there any source available for this?--Le Petit Modificateur Laborieux (talk) 06:07, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
