TUI University (formerly Touro University International), located in Cypress, California, is a for-profit, military friendly university owned by Summit Partners. All courses are delivered online using advanced interactive teaching methods. TUI is a former branch campus of Touro College, which was founded in 1970 in New York City, New York. TUI is regionally accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges is recognized by the US Department of Education (USDOE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
